English: Resolution of Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union. January of 1938. Approving signatures: Joseph Stalin, Vyacheslav Molotov, Lazar Kaganovich, Kliment Voroshilov, Anastas Mikoyan, Vlas Chubar. List with the sanction for the prolongation of national operations of the NKVD. Stored in the Archive of the President of the Russian Federation (АП РФ. Ф. 3. Оп. 58. Д. 254а. Л. 90).
