"Lucea and Dolphin Head, Jamaica", early 20th century
Photograph of Lucea taken from an elevated view. Rooftops of the town can be seen stretching out across a bay. In the background, to the southwest of the town Dolphin Head, the most westerly peak of the Jamaican mountain system can be seen. It was in Lucea in 1827 that the Scottish Missionary Society established its second station.
