English: Soviet Union - First Ukrainian SSR Cup 1938 24/10/79. Soviet envelope that commemorates the first Ukrainian SSR Cup competition held in 1938. Cachet shows image of the cup with Russian text in a scroll at the top with Ukrainian at the bottom.
