Anacanthus barbatus és una espècie de peix de la família dels monacàntids i de l'ordre dels tetraodontiformes.
Morfologia

[modifica]És un peix marí, de clima tropical i associat als esculls de corall que viu entre 3-8 m de fondària.[3][5]
Distribució geogràfica
[modifica]Es troba des de la costa occidental de l'Índia fins a Indonèsia i el nord-oest d'Austràlia.[3][6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13][14][15][16][17][18][19][20][21][22][23]
Observacions
[modifica]És inofensiu per als humans.[3]
