topic?

Hello, is this article about the former city Barmen (before 1929) oder about today's Barmen (district of Wuppertal and much smaller). The area of old Barmen is today covered by more than 3 city districts: Barmen, Heckinghausen, Oberbarmen, and parts of Langerfeld-Beyenburg.

I am asking because the first sentence ("Barmen és un municipi de la ciutat de Wuppertal…") seems misleading, and the rest of the content looks like about the old city Barmen only. The category "Municipis de Rin del Nord-Westfàlia" suggests that the article is about an existing municipality (which is not the fact for Barmen today). please also notice that Rin del Nord-Westfàlia was founded in the 1940s after WWII (did not exist before). @Davidpar: maybe you can clarify this?
