Very sorry, but I don't speak Catalan.

That is 'not' the flag of Lewis. Please see the discussion in English here.

It's all very well to put it in and say, it may be the flag or it may not; it's pretty, so let's keep it. I could take the Mongolian flag and put it in an article on Panama and say, "I think this is the Panamanian flag. It might not be; it probably isn't, but isn't it pretty?" The apparent Lewis flag is an internet hoax. VERY old Wiki articles referred to the hoax which then referred back to Wikipedia as authority. It's complete rubbish. No user page here to sign with, but I have one in English here. It has been removed from all the other language versions and is not being reinstated in any of them; although the French editors took some persuasion.

Sorry again, but the very website you use as authority to say the flag should be included actually says, in English, that it is NOT the flag of Lewis and is a fake. Details here.

You are so mature banning editing. The flag is fake. Look at the evidence. You are looking like fools!

Remove flag

As above, please remove the bit about the flag. It is odd that 50% of the article is about a non-existent flag; you have so much more that could be translated from other languages but choose to insist on retaining the one major falsehood. If no new evidence to prove the flag to be correct is found within the next week, I will assume I am 100% within my rights to delete the section. If you want any help adding genuine content, while I can't speak Catalan, I have some Spanish and would be more than happy to answer any queries. MacIomhair 07:56, 18 juny 2007 (CEST)
