Op.33 is the first of it seems several violin sonatas by Sachs- according to BNF and Worldcat there's a Violin Sonata no.2 published in 1909 by A-Z Mathot, a Violin Sonata Op.132 published by Senart in 1914, and a viola-or-violin sonata Op.176 published in 1923. The quartet Op.143 uploaded @IMSLP's Léo Sachs page may be his second, since there seems to be a quartet for strings Op.44 published in 1904 by Sachs in the French National Library's holdings, too...
