El Campionat d'escacs de Nova Zelanda (en anglès New Zealand Chess Championship) és un torneig d'escacs, organitzat per la Federació d'escacs de Nova Zelanda, per determinar el campió de Nova Zelanda. El primer torneig tingué lloc a Christchurch entre el 19 d'agost i el 4 de setembre de 1879.[1]
