Scorpaenodes minor és una espècie de peix pertanyent a la família dels escorpènids.[2]

Descripció

Hàbitat

És un peix marí, associat als esculls de corall i de clima tropical (19°N-26°S) que viu fins als 18 m de fondària.[3][4]

Distribució geogràfica

Es troba des de l'Àfrica oriental fins a Samoa, les illes Australs i les illes Ryukyu.[3][5][6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13][14][15][16][17][18][19][20]

Observacions

És verinós per als humans.[3][21]
