Megarcys és un gènere d'insectes plecòpters pertanyent a la família dels perlòdids.[3]
Hàbitat
[modifica]En els seus estadis immadurs són aquàtics i viuen a l'aigua dolça, mentre que com a adults són terrestres i voladors.[4]
Distribució geogràfica
[modifica]Es troba a Nord-amèrica (el Canadà -Alberta, la Colúmbia Britànica, els Territoris del Nord-oest i Yukon- i els Estats Units -Alaska, Colorado, Idaho, Montana,[5] Nou Mèxic, Utah,[6][7] Wyoming, Califòrnia,[8] Oregon i Washington-)[9][10][11][12][13][14][15] i Àsia.[4][16][17][18]
